This is a relatively new site (re-launched in 2006) which has grown rapidly in the number of properties and in the amount of quality information. Although some areas (e.g. its bulletin board) reflect its young age, others show a determination to provide the best, most accurate and most comprehensive information available on France.
As an example of the latter, its map section doesn’t provide just one or two maps, but provides over 100 different free maps. Many of these have been created by the site owners, or moved from print to on-line for the first time; such maps are present only on this site.
